A high-efficiency plant production system, in which growing conditions can achieve full intelligent control, has been applied in a new generation automated plant factory in East China's Fujian province.
In this plant factory, vegetable cultivation doesn't need sun and soil. At present, the daily output of vegetables can reach 1.5 tons and stable supply has been achieved in surrounding areas such as Fuzhou, Xiamen and Quanzhou cities.
Its developer, Sanan Sino-Science, founded in 2015, is a joint venture between the Institute of Botany under the Chinese Academy of Science and Xiamen-based Sanan Optoelectronic.
The company's LED spectrum and optical biological technology have been exported to 33 countries and regions including the United States, Japan and Singapore.
