Delegation of the Mongolian People's Party Visits Fujian

D. Amarbayasgalan, Secretary General of the Mongolian People’s Party visited Fujian from November 24 to 26.

 

On November 25, Zhou Zuyi, Secretary of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, met with Amarbayasgalan and his delegation in Fuzhou. Zhou gave a brief introduction about Fujian and called for increased cooperation between Fujian and Mongolia in various fields such as industrial capacity, economy, trade, culture and tourism, based on the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries. Amarbayasgalan commended the rapid development of Fujian, and hoped the visit would forge a deeper relationship between Mongolia and Fujian, particularly in the areas of mining, agriculture, and renewable energy.

 

 

The delegation members visited Ningde to learn about the latest developments in the new energy sector and the experience of poverty alleviation. They also had exchanges with Fujian Electronics & Information Group and Star-net Company on topics such as the reform of state-owned enterprises and the development of enterprises. In Pingtan, they visited Changjiangao wind farm and the cross-border e-commerce logistics park, and explored opportunities of wind power and energy cooperation.
