The restrictive measures of the Free Trade Zone were reduced from 122 items to 95 items on the 2017 negative list compared with the previous edition, resulting in a reduction of 27 items in the areas of manufacturing, transportation, information technology services, finance, leasing and business services to further expand the opening-up and relax the access restrictions on foreign mergers and acquisitions.
